Does the embed track visitors?

No. The static HTML is a normal link. The optional embed.js only inserts that link — no cookies, fingerprinting, or analytics beacons. The SVG badge is a static image (no live RDAP).

Where does the badge link?

SVG and Watching HTML → /d/{domain}. Check-status → /tools/domain-check?q={domain}. Check-expiry → /tools/domain-expiry?q={domain}. All use utm_source=embed.

Does the SVG show live availability?

No. Labels are static (“Watch on Vacato” or “{domain} status”). The linked /d page runs a public RDAP check. We do not put live registry status in the image (avoids stale or misleading badges).

Is this a drop-catch widget?

No. Vacato is an RDAP watchlist and alert layer. The badge is awareness + a public status link — not catching or registration.
